Tonight's Ice Chamber Kettlebell Class
We had a rad kettlebell class at the Ice Chamber tonight. There were some visitors from Sweden, and the structure of the class was totally solid. There was a nice mix of instruction, practice, critique and then flat-out working-out via the long cycle clean and jerk. I've graduated bells too, which is always a landmark and not a move taken lightly in this forum. You can't BS or muscle shit when you're doing a 10 minute cycle.
P.S. That's me up there in that picture...tiny little me...back row all the way to the left. Wee little me in the grey top. LOL!
